Was driving home on the 101 coming from Thousand Oaks (101 West), and saw vette headlights... Thought.... Wow.... Another vette... easy money, why bother? Then I got closer, realized wow, modded exhaust, eh, still, should kill it. Got closer.... Realized, cool Z06, should still beat it... Got closer..... Waaay cool, some body kit (it looked like, was dark, hard to tell for sure-had some funky headlights). Thought wow, this thing should be at least close, if not fast. So got next to the guy, sure enough, we both want to go... Takes a sec, we both get on it....... Though 3rd, dead even (110ish), shift, 4th......dead even, start to walk him at the top, shift, we both let off.... We did this one more time with basically the same result. Bottom line, the f'n thing was fast. I wish I would have been running more than 14 pounds of boost-would have had a much better result :-)~ And damn, did I mention how mean the thing sounded? It was nice..... He would have murdered me 0-60. :( Anyway, thought I would share. Hope the guy on the vette reads this. I would like to see his car closer, I wanted to talk to him.
